Return & Replacement Policy

At Ayurrishi, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Ayurvedic products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are not applicable in general.

✅ When Can You Request a Replacement?

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product Received
    If the product you receive is physically damaged during transit.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered
    If you receive a different product than what you ordered (wrong variant, quantity, or product).
  3. Expired Product Received
    If the product delivered is past its expiry date.

❌ Returns Not Accepted In These Cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product inside
  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues

How to Request a Replacement?

If your order meets the eligible criteria, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Kindly provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product (showing the issue)
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
